Easter is traditionally a time of renewal, fresh starts, and new beginnings. Spring arrives, the days get longer, and everything feels like it’s moving forward again — and in a strange way, that’s very similar to fashion, creativity and design. Trends evolve, ideas change, and brands grow.
At Cover Up Tops, Easter feels like the perfect time to reflect on growth. What started as an idea has now grown to over 520 designs, covering sci-fi, cyberpunk, gaming, retro, horror, humour and graphic streetwear.
And as we move towards summer, holidays, festivals and bank holiday weekends, it’s officially T-shirt season again.
EASTER & T-SHIRTS:
Easter is actually closely linked to clothing traditions. Historically, people wore new clothes at Easter to represent renewal and fresh starts for the year ahead. In the early 1900s, Easter outfits were a big tradition — the Victorian era even turned it into a fashion event with new spring wardrobes.
So in a way, buying a new T-shirt for Easter and spring is actually part of a very old tradition — just a modern version.

New space telescopes and planetary research are constantly discovering new exoplanets, galaxies, and strange cosmic phenomena, reminding us how huge and unknown the universe still is.
Space, science fiction and futuristic ideas have always inspired graphic design, fashion and art, which is a big part of the inspiration behind many Cover Up Tops designs.
