Cover Up Tops Returns Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Returns must be sent to us after first contacting us via coveruptops@gmail.com for return authorisation.

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If you choose to return an item because you no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at coveruptops@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Custom or personalised products

Items without original tags or packaging

Items that appear worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or design, please return your item (following the steps above) and place a new order.

European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to an address within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

The product must still meet our return eligibility requirements (unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within10 business days.

Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
